On my way to a Jazz concert at Grant's Tomb, I stumbled acrossThe Universal Peace Day Service, at the New York Buddhist Church.
They were commemorating the Hiroshima & Nagasaki Atomic Bombings.

It was a beautiful experience except for the woman in the front row
whose 3 parrots wouldn't stop shrieking and cawing.
