For 45 years the Jazzmobile has been providing free Jazz in NYC.Once a year it comes to my street, Duke Ellington Blvd.
They close off the street and oodles of people stroll on in with their
families, lawn chairs, food and drinks. This year the bandleader was
Duke Ellington's grandson. It was a gorgeous night with a lot of happy
people and some great jazz. (http://www.jazzmobile.org)
