I try to look up often throughout the day,
because every once in a while, the sky will look like this.
Clouds are a lot of fun to look at.

This was my first time back in Time Square, since they
prohibited cars from being on Broadway. It's still awful,
and reminded why I never go there in the first place.

Here's another reason why I love NYC in the Summer:
Watching a movie on the roof of El Museo Del Barrio overlooking
central park with the sun setting behind the skyline, on an
absolutely gorgeous night, then drinking free sangria and Radeberger

This looks more like a capybara-dog hybrid.
Regardless, you should still scoop your capybara's poop

Matty: Hey, do you have roof access?
Rachel: Um, I think so, but I've never been up there.
Matty: Well, let's go find out.
Rachel: Okay.....
(2 minutes later, we're now on the roof)
Matty: Wait a minute. You've lived here for 2 years,
and never even tried to come out here.
Rachel: No, I didn't realize I could.
Matty: Wow. With a view like this, I'd be out here every day
Rachel: Okay, come over more often then.
Matty: Deal

Frigates might be my favorite birds. They seems to, so
effortlessly, glide around, rarely flapping their wings. And
they always end up in the most beautiful parts of the world

I really liked these cute signs that were on some of the Belizian highways

#108- inside the cave

A shrine to the monkey God of fertility, lit up by a head lamp

Bats huddled together, sleeping in a hole that their acidic
urine and guano carved in the limestone. They really love it
when obnoxious American tourists use their flash to take pics.

This is the entrance to one of the many caves in the Belizian cave
system. This cave goes back about 7 km. Apparently the Mayans
used it for ceremonies like blood letting and sacrifices.
We went in with head lamps and inner tubes

Meet Jack. He's a baby howler monkey that fell out of tree in the
Caracol National Park in Belize. The park staff saved him, and now,
as he heals, he spends time helping the tourists eat their watermelon

NOTICE

I just wanted to let everybody (all 6 of you, who check out the blog)
know that i will be out of town for the next week. I'm not sure if I will have

when I get home. Thanks again for checking out the pictures and stay
tuned. Happy Holidays

This is the ventilation fan of the Chinese food restaurant
that's right next to my apartment. It's really gross.
No wonder why it always smells like old fried Chinese food.
