In the Spirit of the World Cup, NYC has it's own COPA.
16 "National Teams" play each other in an attempt
to be crowned the Kings of NYC Soccer.
I stopped by for the Argentina Mexico Game
which ended in a 1-1 tie. It was a really fun, free event.

Below is a video of the raucous Argentine faithful

I felt like I was in Buenos Aires watching a Boca Juniors game.

I came across this guy while riding my bike in Riverside Park.
He brought his own hammock and hung it up between 2
trees, in a peaceful part of the park that was very relaxing.
What a brilliant idea!! He seemed so cozy and comfortable.
I'm definilety doing this next time i go for a bike ride in Riverside.

Put this on the list of one of the worst summer jobs.
100 degree heat. Humid as hell, and you gotta be friendly.
I do not envy her.

I am by no means a dog lover, but this lil guy...
I just wanted to eat him up.
Bulldog puppies are so flippin' cute.

While waiting for the D train at Atlantic/Pacific in Brooklyn.
I had the pleasure of witnessing this.
It is so fucking disgusting.
Why do people think it's ok to clip their toenails while waiting for the train?
Maybe I should have called him out instead of taking a picture

Free Ozomatli show at Prospect Park.
They put on such a fun and energetic show,
and their music is great to boot
Gotta love Celebrate Brooklyn.

You can't really tell, but this is Grey Gradens.
The new owners (since Little Edie sold it) have really made it beautiful.
Katie and I were so excited to ride our bikes over
there and check it out. Too bad Big and Little Edie weren't there.

Just a pretty view overlooking the Atlantic in Montauk

Montauk Lighthouse on 4th of July
I was too cheap to pay for parking,
so we just did the loop around
