I found it both refreshing and nostalgic to see people still rocking
the monogrammed LL Bean backpack. I had mine for about 15 years

borrowable. I'm working on getting a new connection and

We got a surprise bonus at our gallery outing in Chelsea the other day.
When we walked out of one of the galleries , we came across a group
of guys who were practicing A Cappella. Apparently we stumbled upon
a new NBC American Idol style reality show about A Cappella groups.
There were several groups practicing on the street waiting to be called in.
Wat a fucking goldmine!! I can't wait for this show to actually start.

I went to some galleries in Chelsea today with some friends.
I got a kick out of this show called "A New Beginning" by Will Ryman.
Apparently it's supposed to be a rat's eye view of an NYC Rose Garden

NYC Public Advocate candidate debate at Hunter College.
Only 3 of the 5 main candidates were there, and yes,
it was as riveting as they they make it seem.
They were all really excited about the crowd of 22 who showed up.

Lawrence - Labor day 09

So, I just went to visit katie and her family in Lawrence, KS.
The last 5 posts were pics from that trip. Unfortunately, I
didn't take enough pics of the town and surrounding area which
happened to be both quaint and beautiful. Next time, I'll be
sure to take some of the scenery. For now, enjoy what I posted

I went to my first Big 12 football game. Over 55,000 people. It was a
gorgeous day, on a beautiful campus with great company and great seats.
And Kansas ended up kicking butt. Go Jayhaws!!

Went out to dinner for my parent's anniversary. It's always fun
for the family to get together. And luckily, it was a gorgeous night.
I like the sign on the light pole. I feel like it's talking to the moon.

They have a special promotion at the new Whole Foods that opened

up near my apartment. Free weekend pedicab rides home with your
purchase. Luckily for this happy customer, it was a Sunday afternoon.
