This grossed me out.
Having dogs as pets is okay, but...
taking potratits of them crosses the line.
It's a fucking dog, not a child

I was intrigued by this resourceful guy.
He was wearing an Ethiopia Pendant and a
Merchant Marine Jacket.
I would have loved to have had a conversation with him.

This framed message is on the door of the
fitting room in TJ Maxx on 98th and Columbus.
I guess they gave up on subliminal messaging.
It's creepy

I guess her right hand is way stronger than her left hand.

The view of this lower east side food market was a
peaceful, colorful, momentary escape from the loud bar
I was in with some friends on Saturday night.
Don't fret, cause after taking the picture from the
bar window, I got right back in to hanging ouy w/everyone.

As part the Whitney Bienniel celebration this year,
There was a series of interactive "art" sessions.
I was fortunate enough to participate in the
pig's foot suturing exercise.
Above is the demo, and below is the foot that I sutured.
Not too bad huh?

I love Sunset Park (Brooklyn)
Great place to eat lunch with great views of Manhattan
while you're surrounded by other people enjoying the park.

#307

Just your average day in Union Square.
The band was actually pretty good
and reminded me of this

I love Candy!

Especially when it glows in the dark!

And even moreso, when it has a 15 step "how to use" guide

#305

So, my ice has been doing something weird lately.
I fill up the tray, put it in the freezer...
and when I take it out, it looks like this.
Could someone please explain how this happens?

I got this as a gag gift for Katie.
She gave it back to me.
It tastes like rubbery strawberry soap.

2 things were particularly funny about this scene:
1 - Seeing someone drive a golf cart in dowtown Brooklyn
2 - Watching him try to get it on the back of the flatbed.

I was in Central Park yesterday with some friends and we had
the pleasure of watching this. It was the filming of some weird,
low budget commercial of some guy basically falling in love with
a huge sandwhich. Watching was a great way to pass the time.

#300

Creepy and uplifting at the same time.

#299

YEAH FOR SPRING!!

#298

A few things:
1) This Chinese restaurant sells Mozzarella Sticks
2) I wonder why only the 'S' and 'R' and colored in.
3) That's a pretty good deal

For some reason, I really enjoying taking pictures
of people sleeping with their mouths open.
I know it's weird.

Host: Hey are you coming to my dinner party?
Guest: Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it!
Guest: Describe your house again to me.
Host: Well, it's more of a facade, and the address is HUGE...

She's just enjoying the day.
I would be too, if I could get up there.

#294

This kinda creeped me out.

#293

Sheer awesomeness.
This is exactly the kind of helmet I
would rock if I had a motorcycle.
It kinda reminds me of this

Sorry

So, I've been having some Computer problems recently
and haven't been able to update the blog for a lil while.
Stay tuned though, cause I do have some pics to share

It's been raining a lot in NYC, and unfortunately,
someone with lil feet seems to be without a pair of awesome rain boots.

Some friends and I went to a great concert
last night and saw two pretty awesome bands.

Naomi Shelton and the Gospel Queens
Naomi Shelton had a powerful James Brown-esque voice
and the keyboardist was fucking incredible.
Apparently the Gospel Queens look a lil different in person.

And the Carolina Chocolate Drops.
They were amazing!
Incredible musicians, ridiculously knowledgeable and straight up fun.
In this pic, they are playing the banjo, kazoo and jug and it sounded great.
Check them out if you get the chance. They are totally worth it.

Atlantic Yards Groundbreaking Protest

Ironically, there were more cops than protesters.
The cops actually make me feel unsafe and anxious

And were the cops on the roof really necessary?
They did have a great view, and so did the people in Old Navy.
If you want more info about the protest check this out.

That looks more like an infected boil than a zit.
I'm impressed by Dr. Miracle's effectiveness.

Some of the subway stations in NYC have barbershops in them.
This one is kinda lost in the doldrums of the Fulton St 2/3 station.
When I do decide to get my hair cut, I think this is place I'll head to.
I'll take the espresso and hot face towel, not sure about the fade though.

If I ever needed a place to stay in NYC...
There is no doubt that I wouldn't choose Hotel Le Bleu

This is dumb. Just not as dumb as this
I wonder if salads are the only thing that these are a great addition to.

You may have heard about this.
I was there and it was totally out of control.
Hopefully, it didn't take away from what the people wanted to convey...
That the proposed MTA service cuts would be absolutely devastating .

Ironically, this person had "the club" on the steering wheel.
Maybe that's why they "ain't skeered"

I kinda wanna make a club house up there.
Even though I know it would be gross.

One of my absolute favorite things to do:
Go for a walk in the middle of the street during a snowstorm in NYC.
There weren't any cars on the street at 3:00 AM . . .
and that's just the way i like it.
